It was quite tiring for me. I think tests have an uncanny way of draining your energy. At the end of most nights, I was juz so droned out that it my weariness creaps out the next day resulting in sudden outbreaks of flu and giddiness...
But I did pretty good in the tests and I thank God for His grace. Things look pretty good this week. Me and my band mates from PG 165 met last week to really have a heart to heart talk about how we felt about the whole band, the stuff that we had done and are doing and where we were heading next. The discussion concluded with everyone taking a week to pray and decide on their commitment towards the band. That night, although everything within me wanted us to just go on playing together without having to go through the serious stuff, I drove home that night knowing that we did the right thing in coming together and sharing our personal visions and thoughts...an anticpation mixed with excitedness mixed in my heart because in a week's time, we will know whether this band would agree to stick together or not...for whatever God has in store for us...that is a milestone for us..for me personally coz i don't believe PG165 exist just to play in BOTB's and Talent Time's and proms...before we can do something bigger, we needed to each pray and resolve our lives personally.
Yesterday we met, and we each decided that it's the right thing to do...to continue to avail ourselves and talents to make God's name great...how...i don't know for sure...to the churched and unchurched...what do we have to offer...
Justin and I missed the birthday celebration at PKundur...but I think what we achieved at Cahaya Dinar mamak over teh ais and maggi goreng was priceless.
We have an audition to play for Impressions prom that requires us to play jazz...phew...
