Somwhere, 7.06pm. Sunday 8th March 2009.

My phone beeps with a surprising sms from my friend who engineered my band's EP.


Sel (sound engineer): Congrats man i heard the song today in campur chart . ! Yeah !

Me: What? What u talking bout?

Sel (sound engineer): Eh so sorry man i think i hit the wrong number . Peace

Me: (maximum disappointed) Haha. Ok. Who you congratulationg? Which band dapat?

Sel (sound engineer): Oh its jason form this band pg165. Their single Let It All Out.

Me: I am jason from pg165 la with let it all out la. So u congratulating me or sumbody else?

Sel (sound engineer): You la bro! Whats wrong man. This is sel la...haha

Me: I know la. Eh my song got played r? I didnt know wei. Nobody at fly.Fm reply me email oso. My song playd r?

Sel: Aiyo confused la you guys... it's no 10 in campur chart.

Me: You listen to Campur Chart wan r?

Sel: Its the job dude to keep updated. But check la regularly at least twice a month. Peace man. Anything facebook la bro your band site...i also check

None of us knew our band was up for ratings to be admitted to the Campur Chart.
So we didn't rate our band...can you believe it? Basicly it's called the Best of Unsigned where the team from Fly.Fm would sit down and do a selection from songs contributed by independent artist/musicisans. And our song was short listed to be featured in the Campur Chart...



Of course it created a lot of buzz with me and the gang......oh boy.
On radio...we're on radio....we're on radio... it's no big deal but..

we're on radio....We're ON AIR!!! WOHOOO....




But the journey is long and stressful with a lot of hardwork ahead of us...
ah, God must have had His plans laid out all this while...while we frustrated ourselves...His timing proved otherwise. Glory.
